2003 GMC Envoy windshield wiper arms

Thanks to anyone that can help.I have a 2003 gmc envoy. The springs in the wiper arms have went bad causing the blades to not put the proper pressure on windshield when in use. I have purchased new arms. I removed the bolt that holds the arms on however when I remove the bolts the wiper arms still will not pull off. Is there a secondary clip holding these on or is there a special trick to pulling these off? I have tried using some leverage inderneath the arm to release them and they still will not budge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Spray some penterating oil after you take the bolt out. Then take a larger screwdriver and protect the paint, pry up on the arm on both sides if you can. It should popl off then.
