Rough running and loss of power

I have a 92 GMC s15 Jimmy with approximately 150000 miles on it and it has a 4.3 vortec engine in it. At idle it feels like it has non rhythmic miss in the engine and when I go up any hill ther is a noticeable hesitation when I try to accelerate more, it also does this when I come to a stop and take off. This engine doesnt smoke or burn oil and it doesnt feel like its tiring when it runs well. I am just getting frustrated because I just had a tune up, oil change, and a fuel system clean done at my mechanics shop, and it came back with the same problems that I had dropped it off with. I am wondering if you guys have any suggestions?

Hi, I recency had trouble with my 1994 Jimmy with the same engine.
