I hit a large bolder with my front left tire backing out of a driveway which popped my tire and caused damage to something related to steering? I can turn my steering wheel back and forth at least 90 degrees before the truck will turn and something is binding. I can only drive about 20mph and there is a squeeling / grinding noise. I have it at the dealership right now but do not exactly trust them.. Does anyone have an idea of what I may have broke?

It sounds like you damaged a tie rod. I will cause the truck to be out of alignment and if it's bad enough, the tires will squeal when you drive. As far as the grinding, have the axle checked for trouble or check it the tire is rubbing.
