I have changed master cylinder and line going to the master cylinder and both front calibers. I can't get pressure when trying to bleed the system. I get a gravity flow at the calibers through both back ones and passenger front but the nothing on the drivers side. Why can't I get pressure?

Hello my name is Dave.

Let's start by making sure all the steps to replacing a master cylinder are performed properly.

Here is a link to our tutorial on replacing a master cylinder:

Another thing we need to check is if the bleeder is clogged, a common problem especially if the cap that goes on the end of the bleeder is missing. I usually take a small drill bit and clean them out however they are not at all expensive so you may want to consider replacing the one that isn't allowing the fluid to flow. The easiest way to check this is to simply remove the bleeder completely and see if fluid flows. I hope this leads you to the solution to your problem. Please keep us up to date on your progress and thank you for using 2CarPros!
