Depending on what the cause of this code is, it could solve both issues.

I would suggest going through this testing and repair what you find. Then if it never does the crank no start again, then you know it fixed both. However, due to it being intermittent, I can't tell you for sure that this will fix both issues.

Clearly all we can go on is what codes we have. Run through this test and let me know what you find. Thanks
