Hello, the engine on my car is running hot and when I let up the hood of my car there was antifreeze on top of the engine and antifreeze running like a fauset underneath after the radiator cooled I unscrewed the cap and it was empty so I poured water in the radiator to keep things cool until I got home but after driving 6 blocks the car was running hot again so I turned off the and again about half a liter of antifreeze ran out please tell what can I do short-term until I can get a new radiator and also where did all the antifreeze come from since the radiator was empty?

Hi there,

There is no short term for this, don't go adding stop leak as this will cause more harm than good, you will have to get a cooling system pressure test done to locate the external leaks fully, start here.

Too add to Mark's excellent advice, DO NOT overheat this engine, you will warp the head very quickly.
