The right side is fine, its the left side that is bend on my tire, the rims is bent, the axle seems fine, it is just the y or us shaped piece that seems to be pushed in and bent a little bit, how much does something like this ususaly cost

You would have to inspect the entire front suspension. The lower control arm, ball joint, tie rod, knuckle, bearings etc.
You may be able to replace parts with used ones, but you want to make sure you know what is damaged.
