I am only finding the spec of 2.7 litres for all transmission but it appears there was an option of different transmissions. However, due to not finding any info other then 2.7 litres for all transmissions, that is what I would go with. Does your transmission have a fill plug? If so, this should be correct. However, if it does not have a fill plug then they say it needs to be filled through the speedometer gear hole. However, this appears to only be for the 2.8L engine so your spec should be 2.7 litres.

Sorry for not confirming this because we don't have a manual for this vehicle as it is not offered in the USA.

Let us know if you have other questions. Thanks

Hi KasKenny1, thank you very much for your input regarding my "gearbox oil capacity". I did find out from internet searches that there are three different gearboxes that could have been fitted to my Motorhome and one of them only requires to have 1.85 Lts of oil and I would be worried if I overfilled, it would cause a problem. Unfortunately this gearbox has no filler/level plug and I lost some oil when doing some work on the suspension so I cant gauge against the amount that I drain out when changing oil. The only code stamped onto the gearbox is 20MM01 and number 0127683 neither of which is a match against the gearbox codes that could be fitted. Once again thank you very much as what you have said has been more help to me than my local Peugeot dealer who was absolutely no help whatsoever.

Okay. That is good. It looks like the FIAT Ducato has the same transmission so it may be worth while to give the local FIAT dealer a call and see if they have better info. Clearly I am going off what I can find online because I don't have a manual on that vehicle either but it looks to be the case. Thanks for the update.
