My gas gauge has begun to not register. I fill the tank up at 1/4 tank and it reads empty when I am done. As I drive, over the course of 60 miles it kinda starts raising up and working again. Any ideas? Recalls? Suggestions?

If you can take the fuel gauge wire off of the tank and ground out. If the gauge goes to full then it is a sending unit problem. It could be gauge as they are digital and go bad, but can be rebuilt.

Sounds like the sending unit in the gas tank is bad. This is a pretty common issue, it happens on all cars at some point. I replaced one on a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder with way less miles then yours that was bad.
You can test it with a multi meter you would have to get underneath the car and unplug the inline connector to the gas tank. Then measure the resistance on the side of the connector going to the tank.
