I just replaced flywheel at first it acted like battery was almost drained barely tried to turn over. So I tried to see what was wrong and the starter cable was loose. Now after I went bought new battery every time I try to crank the engine fuse keeps blowing.

When does the fuse blow, when the key is on run, start, etc?
Here is a wiring diagram showing all the items that fuse feeds. You might have to disconnect every item, make sure the fuse blows no more, then hook them back up one at a time until the fuse blows again to figure out which item is shorted.
If the fuse still blows with everything disconnected then it must be a short in the wire from the fuse before it reaches any of those items.
