Fuse Issue

When I attempt to use my horn, the 15 AMP fuse located in the fuse box, under the hood by the battery will short.
Once the fuse has shorted, I lose the use of my horn, cruise control, and ability to shift my car from park to drive.

I've tried replacing the fuse multiple times, only to encounter the same issue.

Any Ideas?

It may be a short in the horn wire or one of the wires going up the steering column. You would have to have the circuit tested that is causing the problem. Have a local pro look at this.
