Good evening.
Can you verify the year, make, model?
There is no 1989 Lancer.

Hello, I am Danny
The reason Roy was asking to confirm is our database only shows the Lancer as starting in 2002 model year.

Hi,
Thank you for helping out. Based on my certificate of registration it does says Mitsubishi Lancer 1989 model. I also took a picture of what my fuse box looks like but there is no cover nor any label to guide what fuse belongs to what.

Hello again.
I have attached a few picture as a reference. The first is based on an 1989 Precis which shows fuse for cigarette light as location #6 a 15 AMP fuse. Second picture is based on an 1989 Mirage showing it as location #7 a 15 AMP fuse as well. Hope this helps! Danny-

Thanks for your help Danny. I was able to locate the cigarette lighter although it was a 10 AMP fuse, replaced it with a 10 AMP as well and the lighter was able to work.
