The fuse keeps blowing because you have a short to ground in the electrical circuit(s) that the fuse is protecting. This happens because of ohm's law which are the laws that govern electricity. Ohm's law states that if you have one of the three properties of electricity that is constant(voltage-12.6 volts/battery voltage) and then one of the last two goes down(resistance-direct path to ground from battery makes resistance none) then the last property must go up proportionally (amperage-the electrical flow from the battery will increase to infinity). The fuse that protects this circuit is rated from 5 to 100 amps, and as soon as the amperage exceeds the fuses rating, "pop", the fuse blows and the circuit is protected now as it has an open in it and amperage, or electrical flow, can no longer happen. What systems are effected by the fuse blowing?
