Thanks for being there for us.

I have replaced the fuel pump, the relay tested good, I have power to the fuel pump connection. When the key is turned I receive a signal for the two seconds then turns off, like it should. There are five pins in the fuel pump harness, when prob wire is connected, three test positive, two very bright one more dim. I am unable to test the fuel pressure as the pump sends no pressure.
Fuel pump not making any noise and fuel pump relay switch is clicking, new fuel filter.

I did have to wire the new pump for a different pin connection. Black to black, soldered and heat shrunk, the other wire was blue to red (only two).

Looking at a 2.7L as you did not give engine size. Blue is hot and black/white is ground. Check for power to pump should be twelve volt if no power on wire going to pump then it may have a short in it as you stated relay is good. Also, check ground or run a ground wire from frame to tank. If it does not work then you will have to recheck what you have done one of the wires in tank may be bad.
