My fuel pump went bad left me on the side of the interstate. I had it towed to my shop and installed a new fuel pump but the truck still will not start. I can hear the fuel pump running and I am getting fuel to the fuel rail. But when you go to the evap port on the other fuel line I cant get anything to come out. Help me please

Evap port is for smoke testing the evap system and has nothing to do with fuel pressure. There is no port for checking the fuel pressure. You have to t it off at the filter

Ok thanks. Any idea of why the truck won't start when I have fuel at the fuel rail?

You are not sure there is fuel yet. Have the pressure checked first. Check the spark at the plugs as well
