Fuel pump lines

So I recently changed my fuel pump two days ago and one out of the two lines that are located on driver side rear that come from the fuel tank came out when I dropped the tank, they have a white tip that turns. I don’t know where it came from and now my car shows that I have no fuel, the gauge says E even tho I put more fuel in it. I think that this line or hose is the issue yet I don’t know where it was originally in.

I am not sure I know which line you are talking about, but here is a video that we have of replacing this pump:
