There is fuel leaking under the hood around the right side of the throttle body. I am getting ready to replace the vacuum lines coming out of the throttle body because the grommet is cracked. I cannot tell where the leak is coming from, but could it be coming from there? I know it is a vacuum line, but if not from there, where? The vacuum lines are both wet with fuel.

The gas might be leaking from the fuel pressure regulator and if so you will see gas in its vacuum hose, too.
If there is gas in the vacuum hose for the regulator, then the regulator diaphragm is broken.
