Fuel injectors and filter replacement time frame

Quick question. I replaced my fuel filter two months ago, and just replaced my injectors a few days ago. I've read that you should change your fuel filter when you change injectors, but the filter in there is quite new. Am I okay to leave it? Might be a dumb question, but i'm just making sure.
