Okay, so my fuel gauge has never worked properly. When I first got the vehicle the temperature, fuel and pressure gauge did not work. I have replaced the instrument cluster (fuel, temperature speedometer, pressure and volt) still did not fix the problem. So I took it one step further and dropped the fuel tank (it was in bad shape so I replace both the fuel tank and sending unit/float.) New grounding wire from fuel tank to frame/ new grounding wire from dash to body/frame. FYI since replacing the fuel sending unit/gas tank my fuel gauge is working a little, full tank reads in-between 1/2 and 3/4 and empty (runs completely out of gas at red light with a line of cars behind me, lol) at 1/4 tank.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Good evening.

Did you check the voltage to the sender from the dash cluster?
If not, that is where I would start.

It sounds like a wiring issue along the frame.

I do not have a voltage meter. I will pick one up tomorrow and report back here with my findings.
