I just change my struts and spring assembly a few weeks ago. But every time I am driving, the front passenger side shakes vigorously as I reach the speed of 65 MPH. I don't know what's the problem now. Is it because of a bad ball joint or sway bar link?

It could be a faulty bushing or ball joint but if you just installed the spring and shock assembly and this started, then we need to go back over that repair and make sure they are installed correctly and that something was not left loose.

I attached the process below to run through so that you can make sure everything is torqued properly so let us know what you find with this and we can go from there. Thanks
