Front right motor mount removal

We don't know what size socket or wrench to use to remove the bolt. Tried 15mm tried 17mm plz. Help our mechanic cannot make it out to where we live anymore we really are at a loss.

Hi,

I don't have a reference chart for this. Were the 15 and 17mm too big or small? Don't laugh, but if you take a pic and upload it, I may be able to tell what size to use or at least close.
