Sway bar is rubbing against the axle?

My sway bar is rubbing against my axle. What needs to be done?

Is it bent? Can you upload an image of the problem? It sounds like one of the sway bar links is broken, here is how to change it out and I have included so you can see how to fix it. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
