Upon starting the car, sometimes (rarely now, seems like it has been getting less and less) the blower will come on, and everything will work as expected (center, floor, front defrost; speeds; etc.). Most of the time, the front blower will not come on at all. No air from the front, floor, or defrost vents, regardless of settings. Does not randomly turn on or off while driving, either it works at ignition, or it does not. Rear blower works fine, compressor seem does not. Ideas?

I am assuming this is not automatic temperature control. Check fuses and relay in picture as this can cause your problem. Then put power to blower see if it runs if it does then it is a control problem which a mechanic needs to scan for codes. See picture.

Checked relay and fuse, under the hood, I'm guessing the pic you sent is referencing something different, but it's Greek to me. Still no power.

Checked with resident mechanic (Dad) and we figured out the picture. Checked the other fuses you pointed out, fuses are good, blower still pooched.

Is this automatic temperature control where you set temperature in car? If it is as well as manual control it will need to be scanned for codes by a mechanic with his scanner.
