I have a 99 ford windstar with 90K miles. Anytime I am turning the car around or turning into or out of a parking spot or turning into a road either left or right, the steering squeaks. While I am driving along, it is fine. This just happens when I am at a complete stop. Power steering fluid is full. Any suggestions?

Squeeks or shrieks? I am wondering when you had a belt replaced last on the power steering pump. Check the belt for any cracking, if you find cracking on the under side, replace it. It the belt is new check the tension of the belt. Slippage causes the noise.
