Ok here is the story. Engine light was blinking today after I went thru a few puddles. Car's acceleration was sluggish and the car felt like it wanted to stall out, was bucking a little whenever I stopped. When I stopped at a light I would put the car in neutral and give it a little gas, sometimes the engine light stopped blinking. Car is has enough oil, is not overheating. I am wondering if this is just a case of the engine getting wet, or if it could be symptomatic of some other problem. Than you very much for any help you can provide.

If the check engine light has come on, there will be a trouble code stored in the computer. Take the van to a nationally recoginzed parts store and have them scan it. Most will do it for free.

Let me know what you find.
