2000 Ford Windstar Periodic hesitation when going into anot

Periodically my van will hesitate when changing from 1 gear to another. Mostly when I start pressing gas after stopping at a red light

Have the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer to check for transmission fault codes. Not all fault's will set the check engine light. Repost with codes for more assistance

I had the van put on computer abd these are the codes that seemed to have issues.

PO340-cam sensor A Bank 1 circuit malfunction

PO171-system to lean bank 1

PO174-system to lean bank 2

Replace the camshaft position sensor ...

Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor (3.0L)On top rear of engine.
Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor (3.8L)On top right side of engine

Also have the vacuum lines/hoses and intake manifold gaskets checked for leaks this is the cause of the P0171/174 codes
