2000 Ford Windstar IGNITION LOCK

2000 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I got into my van and went to start it up and my ignition was locked as well as my steering wheel. I know that I have an antitheft device on it cause the light keeps flashing. What could cause this and how can I fix this?

Your problem is the ignition cylinder and it needs to be replaced. Hopefully there is still one more turn left in it because if it wont turn then its real hard to replace it. If you get the ignition to turn dont turn it off. Take it to a repair shop and they can install a new one in a couple of minutes.
