The plugs wires are bad and /or the coil pack

On the 1999 ford windstar I chand the plugs wires and the plugs and coil pack and the02 and the egr but when I pull vac. Off the egr when it was hot it ran fine no miss when I put the vac. Back on it stare to miss again
