1976 Ford Torino Head Gasket?

Its been since Sep 08 that my car has been sitting in front of my house, I remember the last time I turned it on, it sounded like the engine was reving when I was warming the car up, it sounded like the car was on da 2nd gear warming up. When I drove it, the car would shake, when i'd be at a stoplight u can see the front of my car, my hood, shake from side to side, it kinda sounded like the mufflers was clogged in some way.
