I have a 1996 ford thunderbird LX V8 4.6 automatic transmission and cruise control doesn't work at all The fuses has been checked OK So where else should I look next.Also my mileage odometer doesn't work and the speedometer is reads to fast around 10 to 15 miles to fast

if you have an issue with the speed sensor that should explain why cruise control isn’t working
check speed sensor and or replace then check
start with the speed sensor

need manual CHECK IT @
