Electrical problem
1995 Ford Thunderbird V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have this problem where I don't really know what to do when installing the third brake light. When I got my car I did not recieved a Owner's manual so I do not have any way to figure this one out.
THANK YOU

Replacement procedures are as follows:

Slide cover away from back window and remove cover.

If only bulb replacement is necessary, base removal is not required

Remove one screw attaching lamp base.
Lift edge of base and pull away from back window.
Rotate and remove the two bulb and socket assemblies from lamp base.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Turn the lights on to check for proper operation.
