1993 Ford Tempo blinkers

I would like to change the front driver side blinker light bulb.I would like to do it my self if possible instead of taking it to a garage. How do I get at it from the inside. Where should I start?

Manual can be found free at the library - chiltons or haynes/ manual, autozone sells them also.
