1988 Ford Tempo

1988 Ford Tempo Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 88 Ford Tempo 2.3. In moring whem cold it idles fast like it should but after warming up it idles to slow and rough. When ac is turned on it idles up like it should also when cooling fan comes on but then slows down and idles to slow and rough. After motor is hot and stop for light it idles good for a few seconds and then to slow and rough. Ford dealership and others can not find problem. The vacum is ok valve and timing and etc. I swaped all sensors from another car did not help. I changed Idle Air control. I have hand held checker and it shows all systems ok. Dealership had larger computer.
