Was told car has a leak in the plenum. How can I fix this without buying new one. How will it cost for new one?

No cure for the leak without replacing gasket. Estimated cost of labor and part for repairing your vehicles intake gasket will vary depending on your vehicle's engine type/size. Price can range from $100 to $300.

If you mean the actual intake manifold itself has a leak in it then you can make temporary repairs with either JB Weld (or similar product) or heat resistant tape (found at most part stores). Replacement of manifold is recommended as soon as possible though.
