2004 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

When my car shifts, it doesn't feel like it is getting enough gas. We hooked the meter up and found this code: P0351 Ignition Coil A Primary/Seconday Circuit Malfunction. Any ideas what this may be?
