I have changed the plugs, but when you start the car in park and run engine rpms will surge up and down. Put the car in drive and drive and it runs fine on surging engine runs fine.

Check for vacuum leak
Do you have check engine light?
If so check for codes
Check IAC valve remove clean and or replace
