I recently had my lifters replaced, It ran very well then started to hesitate up hills it was placed on a computer and it said p0305 cylinder 5 misfire detected. I have checked my plugs and wires, and the car is using a lot of coolant? What is a cylinder 5 misfire if it is not the plugs and wires? It has 111,000. Miles on it mostly highway miles.

Using coolant and misfore may me wonder if the headgasket is a problem causing the misfire. Pull the #5 plug and look at it. Crank the engine with that plug out and see if it is shooting out coolant.
