2000 Ford Taurus car jurking above 65mph

My 2000 ford taurus jerks while accelerating above 65mph. i replaced the fuel filter and that did not help. i have attached a video of the problem as it happens. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-x9YJmVTk_M . any help would be appreciated!

Hi there,

I would be checking the fuel flow and pressure and getting a live data read to check the TPI and other sensor readings, the scan may give a fault code that will help, start here.
