1999 Ford Taurus Virbrates and shakes

My Ford Taurus vibrates really hard when driving at speeds say 45-70mph. When I reach 70 is when it becomes rough! The vibrate is in a pattern though, Not sure how to describe but at the same time it does it when i'm slowing down the car but when slowing down from fast rates it shakes REALLY BAD.

What do you think this could be from?

I would start with checking your tires. Make sure that there is no cupping or bulging. You may want to do this at a tire shop. They can check if the tire is out of round or out of balance.

Once the tires are balanced, check your suspension pieces: Tie rod ends, ball joints, sway bar and strut assembly.
