I have been having some electrical problems with my 1999 Taurus SE 24V D.O.H.C. Something is drawing juice while the car is shut off causing the Battery to go dead. I had the Alternator checked and was told it was fine. I have noticed that when using the power lock button only the drivers door Locks and Unlocks - the rest of the doors do not work. Also, the same when using the Key Fob to lock the Doors. In addition, after hitting the fob twice the Horn no longer sounds. I also had my Wipers function on their own intermittent while driving. Also, the fuel gauge needle won't go down to empty after the car is shut off. Are these issues related? Any suggestions on how to get them fixed.

Turn key off and disconnect positive battery cable and hook up a ahm meter in series with the battery and positive cable. Keep pulling fuses untill the high amerage drops to specs. Last fuse pulled is the fuse that has the problem in it.

I aint a mechanic, but it could be the PCM, Power Control Module? It might be faulted, like a short in it ; I would also suggest to take it to a professional to inspect it but dont take it to a dealer without a warranty, they'll charge you a arm and leg for the repairs.
