1995 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have been trying to set the timing on my 95 ford taurus. But all it does is cranks. This is a new timing chain and we put it on the compression stroke but it still won't start any ideas on what might be wrong?

What do u have for engine size
do a compression test
check for spark
check for fuel pressure
check injector pulse
recheck your work make sure you have not set it at 180 off

need manual CHECK IT @
