95 Taurus 3.0 AX4N
Just bought this car, 1 owner.
Was told by the seller that he drove it to work one morning with no problem but when he left to go home he didn't get out of the parking lot when problem started.
Only has 1st and reverse. Pulls out fine, no slip, but when it shifts out of 1st theres nothing there.
Changed fluid and filter, fluid not burnt no metal in pan. Changed VSS and TRS and still nothing but 1st and reverse.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Appreciate the link Jack, will probably be a few weeks before I can check it out. I'm on a fixed income and the VSS and TRS about done it for extras for the month.
As soon as I have an progress update I'll post back.
Thanks Again

The gov doesnt necessarily need to be replaced, probably sticky. When you get it out, be sure all moves freely
