When turning the ignition, starter continues to make clicking sound. Is this for sure the starter and needs to be replaced? A rough look appears to show the starter underneath the engine and best suited to work from below? Sound right? Any suggestions, if starter, to take it out easier from above or below the truck?

Check and make sure the battery is in good condition and fully charge
and then go for the starter and check it
