Whenever I accelerate a loud clunking and sqeaking sound comes from the rear of the vehicle.

Inspect both rear brakes to make sure they are not binding or causing the grinding sound.
Inspect the drive shaft U joints and make sure they are lubricated and in good shape.
Lastly the rear end itself, check the fluid for any metallic particles.
