How to change the tensioner pulley

You shouldnt just change hte pulley, youll have to press it out.

If what your saying what I think your saying is you have a new tensioner assembly with pulley assembled and you want to know how to put it on?

Remove the belt, and unbolt the old one, from there bolt the new one on and put on the belt.
