I just had a coolant hose in my truck rupture, which caused coolant to go everywhere. I started my truck the other day and it has a hard time starting, and when it finally does it shakes and wobbles for about one minute. I thought maybe I had water in the oil, so I changed the oil, but it is still doing it. Not sure if it is the spark plugs or what. An answer would be a appreciated. Thanks

Electrical compnents do not liek water, I tink you best bet is to take and dry off all the electrical connections and components.

Did the ignition module or coil get wet?

I am not sure, but coolant sprayed everywhere when the valve thing broke. I dried off the spark plugs, and it has been long enough that most everything else should be dry by now.

If you got the coil wet and it fried it dont matter if it dried out or not it wont work no more.

Some connectors can get water in and it stay for a while messing with it.
