if the wheels are cupping.., would it cause a humming/whiring sound on the left passenger side? (please see pic for information) Thank You...

Hi there,

The pic is a bit dark to see anything, but if you are experiencing odd tyre wear, this can cause excessive tyre noise, so get the steering and suspension inspected for any faults and get an alignment, you may have to rotate the tyres as if the wear on the drive tyres are to excessive the alignment wont be any good.
