1995 Ford Ranger high idle and power loss

I am having high idleing an seems to be some powerloss.
Could it be that the egr valve needs to be replaced, the thottle body sensor, an oxygen sensor, or could it be the cat. Converter?

ANY CLUES WHAT I CAN DO?

Get the exhaust backpressure tested this will tell the tale of the catalytic converter and find out why the converter burned-up.
