Yes something is cutting fuel up and down when my truck is idle, the rpm hand doesn't work it's hesitant when I am driving I can't get anymore than 35 miles per hour I have replaced fuel pump and it still does the same thing I have trouble getting up hills it chokes up but you can stop it and hold the accelerator pedal and it will gradually picks up but when you are off of the accelerator it stops again.

Inspect and test all the following listed below and get back with some results

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
