1997 Ford Probe Code P1345-CAM Position Sensor

I recently purchased a 1997 Ford Probe GTS. On sunday, 9/20/09, I washed the car and pressured washed the engine like I do on all my other cars without any problems. Well, it stop working on sunday after I pressured washed the engine. I ran a scan and I got the code P1345. What do I do to fix this problem?
